What this website does not do

This site is a set of static pages with no backend server, account system, or database of visitors. Specifically:

• We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or visitor-tracking analytics.
• The enquiry form on our Contact page does not submit to any server we operate — it opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, and the message is sent directly from your email address to ours.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information you choose to send us

When you email us, call us, or send an enquiry (via the mailto form or directly to info@apexglobal.energy), you may share details such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the nature of your engagement or requirement. We use this information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and correspond about a potential or active engagement;
• Carry out Know-Your-Counterparty, AML and sanctions-screening checks described on our Compliance page, where an engagement proceeds;
• Administer, document and where necessary enforce any resulting engagement or contract; and
• Meet legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations that apply to us in Singapore.

We do not use this information for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it beyond our professional advisers, bankers, and independent inspection partners named on the Compliance page — and then only as necessary to the engagement, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law or a competent regulator.

Third-party services used by this site

• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's font servers. Loading a font file may expose your IP address to Google under Google's own privacy policy; we do not control this exchange.
• Live market news feed — the headlines on our Home and News pages are pulled from public RSS feeds via a third-party read-only relay service, with no personal or visitor data involved in that request.

Data retention

We retain correspondence and engagement-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law, regulation, or our own record-keeping obligations as a Singapore-incorporated company.
